AV Requests

All speakers are required to bring their own laptop for their presentations. All presentations will be equipped with a podium, microphone, projector, screen, surge protector, and connection cables. CSC and our audio-visual provider strongly recommend using a laptop as it is the only way to ensure the correct connection is available, and with the type of projectors the hotel uses and room size, laptops provide the best image. If you find it necessary to use any other device such as an iPad, please email [email protected] so we can try to have the correct connection cables.

Shipping Information: All handout materials can be shipped to the hotel using the below information. As storage space is limited, the hotel cannot accept deliveries more than three days prior to the conference. Please send shipping information with tracking number to [email protected]. Charges apply to any materials received more than 3 calendar days before date of guest arrival, as well as 3 days after guest departure. Packages should be received during regular business hours: Monday – Friday, 7:00 am – 5:00 pm.

Presentation and Handouts

The presentation must be sent in the CSC 2023 Powerpoint template (coming soon) prior to the deadline to allow enough time for the presentation to be reviewed, make updates, and send the final version.

Please reference our CSC PowerPoint Tips and Tricks and Performance Policies and Procedures documents for helpful information.

Speakers are responsible for the production, cost and delivery of their own materials i.e. handouts. Shipping details coming soon.

The presentation and handouts (if applicable) should be sent to [email protected]. If the file is too large, you can send it via WeTransfer to Kelly.

Attire is business casual; uniforms are welcome.
