CAMPUS SAFETY CONFERENCE | KEYNOTE
Creating Moments that Matter on Your Campus
Did you ever experience any of these: You made a first impression, there was a “crisis” on the campus, you encountered a tough problem at work, you were asked for advice, there was a transition, “they” screwed up, “you” screwed up, you gave or received feedback, there was a difference of opinion. There’s a science and an art to the work that we do. It’s not just what we do, but how we do it, that makes the difference.
Making moments matter starts with recognizing the moments all around us: both big and small; professional and personal; highly anticipated and unexpected. Making the right Relationship Mastery Moves elevates an ordinary moment to an extraordinary moment that matters. Making moments matter yourself is great. Enabling others to do so is even better. The more people you positively influence, the more they learn and teach. It’s contagious (in a good way) and will have a rippling effect on creating a safe and more kind campus environment.
Dave Minionis, Ph.D, Managing Partner with Humanetrics will discuss Relationship Mastery Moves in our CSC Keynote Presentation. Our focus will be on demonstrating empathy, engagement, perspective, accountability and more. Leaders and teams won’t want to miss this engaging session to kick-off our 2025 event!
