CANCELLATION POLICY
Hotel may charge two-nights room and tax deposit on June 21, 2024.
A Credit Card upon arrival will be needed for all charges/incidental charges.
Event participant must cancel at least 5 days prior to scheduled arrival date to avoid penalty of two night’s room and tax, for those with 2+ nights reservation and a one (1) night room and tax penalty for those reserved for only one night.
Early Departure fee: One Night’s room and tax.
