Mark Stout has more than 30 years of law enforcement experience and has been the chief of police for the Putnam City Schools Campus Police Department in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, for the past 15 years. Under Mark, the Putnam City Campus Police Department has become one of the most elite campus police programs in the state of Oklahoma, and many other school districts have leveraged this department to start their own campus police program. Markbelieves that technology integration should play a large part in what education facilities can do keep students safe and help them succeed.

Mark, is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma, holds an advanced law enforcement certification for the state of Oklahoma and is a graduate of the FBI National Academy. He is also a FEMA certified instructor and has completed FEMA training at the Center for Domestic Preparedness (CDP) in Anniston, Alabama. Furthermore, his certifications include ICS, MCATI, COBRA, LEPM and TERT.
