Staff Registration
Speakers
CSC will register you for the Conference complimentary ($499 value).
All speaker passes includes access to the full conference including the sessions, sponsor showcase, meals/refreshments, and receptions.
Pre-Conferences are available as an optional add on (complimentary).

Guest Pass
All speakers will receive one free Conference Pass to invite a guest to CSC ($499 value). To utilize the complimentary Conference Pass, please contact Olivia Moriarty.

From the Airport
Take I-376 E (towards Pittsburgh) through the Fort Pitt Tunnel and across the Fort Pitt Bridge. Take Ft. Duquesne Boulevard Exit 6C. Follow signs to Convention Center/Strip District on 10th Street Bypass. The Convention Center will be located on the right.
From the East | PA Turnpike
I-76 W (PA Turnpike) to Exit 57 Pittsburgh. Take I-376 W to Exit 72B Boulevard of the Allies. Take I-579 N to Seventh Avenue/Convention Center Exit. Take Seventh Avenue. Turn right onto William Penn Way. William Penn Way becomes 10th Street. The Convention Center will be straight ahead.
From the West | PA Turnpike
I-76 E (PA Turnpike) to Exit 28 Cranberry. Follow signs to I-79 S to I-279 S across Ft. Duquesne Bridge to 10th Street Bypass. The Convention Center will be located on the right.
From the North

From the South
I-79 N to Exit 59A Pittsburgh to I-279 N through Ft. Pitt Tunnel and across the Ft. Pitt Bridge. Take Ft. Duquesne Blvd Exit 6C. Follow sign to Convention Center/Strip District on 10th Street Bypass. The Convention Center will be located on the right.

Selfie Video
This brief informal video is a great opportunity for the speaker to introduce themselves, provide a brief description of their session, and to encourage attendees to see them at CSC@EDspaces!
This would be used on the website, e-blasts, social media, etc. Sample #1, Sample #2, Sample #3.
- It can be done with anything that has a video camera and good sound i.e. cellphone, laptop, computer etc.
- The video can be no longer than one-minute long.
- When creating the video, please make sure it is created in a horizontal frame.
- Feel free to get creative and be informal i.e. include a co-presenter, take the video outside, show pets (top view videos), photos, etc.
- Please do not post the video.
- Please send the video to Amy Reddington when complete. If the file is too large, you can send it via WeTransfer.
Article or Interview | Monday, September 20
This is a great opportunity to provide an informative article and promote the speaker’s participation in CSC@EDspaces to 60K+ viewers in the CS Magazine!
- An informative article on any campus safety topic (except for the session topic).
- The article must be 600-800 words and include the author’s name, job title, school/organization, and bio.
- Please send the video to Amy Reddington when complete. If the file is too large, you can send it via WeTransfer.
- This would be a Q&A interview with CSC that would be converted into a promotional video.
- Please reach out to Amy Reddington if you are interested.
Book Sale | Monday, October 18
If you have a published book, this is a great opportunity to provide attendees with additional content and build your network by selling your book and doing a book signing at CSC at EDspaces!
- CSC will promote the book sale/signing.
- We ask the speaker to provide 1 signed copy of the book (per CSC location) for CSC raffle off at the beginning of the conference to promote the book.
- The speaker will be responsible for the book sale transactions and signing.
- CSC will provide a table for the book sale and signing at our Welcome Reception on November 3.

ATTENTION! Campus Safety Online Summit Recordings | Scheduled for September 1-September 30
The Campus Safety Online will take place December 8-9th professionals. This is a great opportunity to share your knowledge with attendees who are unable to attend CSC.
- This would be a slightly shorter version of your session and will be pre-recorded with a CSC team member then scheduled for release at the Campus Safety Online Summit.
If you have any questions or would like to participate, please contact Amy Reddington with your preferred recording dates. All recordings must be completed by October 1.
Logistics
AV Requests | Date TBA

AV will be provided for all the sessions except for the Hot Topic Roundtable Discussions.
- Hot Topics are intimate roundtable discussions amongst a small group of people.
- AV will include a projector, screen, audio speakers, and shared WiFi.
- Keynote sessions will have additional projectors, screens and microphones for the session and Q&A.
- General Sessions will have microphones for the session and Q&A.
- AV is subject to change. CSC will do its’ best to communicate this information to you.
- All speakers must present using their own laptop.
- If participating on a panel, only the moderator needs their laptop.
- Not needed for Hot Topic Roundtable Discussions
- Additional AV requests are to be submitted to Loraine Coleman for approval.
Presentation and Handouts | Date TBA
- The presentation must be sent in the CSC PowerPoint template prior to the deadline to allow enough time for the presentation to be reviewed, make updates, and send the final version.
- Speakers are responsible for the production, cost and delivery of their own materials i.e. handouts. Click here for shipping details.
- The presentation and handouts (if applicable) should be sent to Loraine Coleman for approval. If the file is too large, you can send it via WeTransfer.
On-Site | Wednesday, Nov 3 - Friday, Nov 5
- Final presentations and handouts must be sent to Loraine Coleman prior to arrival.
- The attire on-site is business casual. Uniforms are welcomed.
