We understand that asking your boss to attend a conference can be difficult. We have created this letter that includes valuable information on the conference, what you will learn, how it will benefit you and your everyday work, and how it will improve the safety on your campus.

Forms of Payment
In order to confirm your registration, payment must be received prior to the conference.
We accept all major credit cards as payment.
You also have the option to make a check payment or present a PO for payment -- just click on "Pay By Check" when you complete your registration.
- Please remit payment within 30 days of registration.
- For purchase orders, please send a copy of your completed and signed purchase order including your badge/reference number to the above address or e-mail it to Olivia Roma at Oroma@ehpub.com
- A $25 fee will be charged for all returned checks.
- Please include a copy of your registration confirmation and, if you are using one, a copy of the purchase order so we can update your registration upon payment.
- Checks should be made payable to the address listed below.
