FAQ’s:

I’m having difficulty logging in, can you help?

What if my audio isn’t working?

  • Make sure your computer or device audio is available, unmuted, and the volume is turned up.
  • Select the “?” icon in the upper corner of the webcast interface and choose “Test My System Now” to diagnose issues.
  • If problems persist, disconnect and rejoin the event to improve the audio stream.
  • Note: All sessions are audio-only; there is no dial-in option.

How do I ask a question during the event?

  • Use the “Ask a Question” box on the left side of your screen.
  • Questions related to the webcast topic will be addressed during the Q&A session.
  • Technical questions may also be submitted and are answered by webcast producers in real time.

Will my sessions be available to view after the live session has aired?

  • The session will be available on demand approximately 15 minutes after the live broadcast ends.
  • You can access the on-demand version using the same event page and login credentials.

Are you offering certificates?

Yes! After viewing a live or on-demand session, you will be asked to complete a brief survey. Once completed, you will receive a certificate of completion. Certificates are issued per session.
