Clark MorrowCrime Prevention Program Coordinator San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department

Educated at St Mary’s College, Minnesota, and Cal State San Bernardino, California.

Currently employed by the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department to work with deputies in a program called Operation CleanSWEEP.

Heavily involved in juvenile crime issues, Morrow is a member of the board of directors for the California School Resource Officers Association; he also belongs to the San Bernardino County Drowning Prevention Network, the Inland Empire SAFEKIDS Coalition, the National Association of School Resource Officers, and the San Bernardino Countywide Gangs and Drugs Task Force.

The program he has worked on since 1997 – Operation CleanSWEEP – was the recipient of the 1997 National Association of Counties Achievement Award for Innovative County Government Programs, and the 1998 Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention Commission Award for contributions to the youth of San Bernardino County. Clark wrote and won a two-year $1.2 million grant for Operation CleanSWEEP. He was given the “You Make a Difference” Award from the San Bernardino County Office of Education in 2005 for his work on behalf of children, as well as the 2019 Children’s Network Child Abuse Prevention Award.
