Allison Carlock is an Emergency Management Specialist with the Federal Emergency Management Agency's Individual and Community Preparedness Division. She is FEMA's national lead for youth preparedness and responsible for the Youth Preparedness Technical Assistance Center, the Youth Preparedness Council, and implementation of the National Strategy for Youth Preparedness Education. Previously, she was the stakeholder engagement lead for the America's PrepareAthon! campaign. In addition, Mrs. Carlock was a 2012 Presidential Management Fellow and detailed to FEMA's National Exercise Division and the Baltimore City Mayor's Office of Emergency Management. During times of disaster, Mrs. Carlock supports operations at the National Response Coordination Center. She also supported community relations and recovery in the field during Hurricane Sandy and Hurricane Katrina. Mrs. Carlock holds a Masters of Public Policy and Bachelor of Arts from the University of Maryland.
